At House of Ribbon we strive to ship items immediately after an order is placed. If you are having problems with placing your order, please feel free to contact us by email. We will respond within 1 business day.

At this time House of Ribbon accepts online payments only. Online payments can be made via Visa, Master Card, Discover and PayPal. We do not accept American Express.

Order Status
All orders placed through www.houseofribbon.com can be tracked by clicking on the Order Status tab in the green menu bar or www.houseofribbon.com/orderstatus.php . All you need to provide is your order i.d. and the email address you provided for this order.
In addition we also utilize an automated email system which emails you at various points in the order fufilment process in an effort to keep you informed.
Return Policy
Returns will not be accepted unless there was an error in on our part or there is a defect in the item you received. You must contact us with defected items within 7 business days to receive a replacement item(s) or credit for the defected item(s). Due to the nature of the items we sell, all sales are final.
Backorders
House of Ribbon will ship any backorders in the event an item is out of stock.
